The Blue Ball Inn firmly believes that the quality of its food is directly related to the high quality of the ingredients used. We are firmly committed to the use, wherever possible, of only high quality local produce, such as locally reared meat, locally caught fish and locally produced cheese and beer. We now source local suppliers to offer only the best that North Devon can produce. Our emphasis on quality is why we have a well deserved reputation for fine food and drink and our policy to continuously improve is why we are constantly working to further develop and even improve on the fare that we offer to our customers.
We have recently started to introduce many traditional North Devon meals and desserts to our specials Board to compliment our seasonal menus. All meals are prepared using most of the raw ingredients produced in the area, like Lynmouth Bay lobster, local game, local beef and salmon.
We have taken every effort to offer a great choice of wine at The Blue Ball Inn and we believe that we now offer an extremely enterprising and well put together wine list, of varied international parentage, with many of the choices below £20.
We are also proud to be able to offer a selection of local brewed beers some of which are brewed specially for The Blue Ball Inn by local breweries. The Blue Ball Inn is a Casque Mark pub and is recommended by CAMRA.
